Leading the kitchen is celebrity chef Dino Redzic, whose culinary career spans from the James Beard Foundation to iconic institutions like Windows on the World and the Rainbow Room. He’s worked alongside industry legends including Alain Ducasse and Thomas Keller — and now brings that same level of excellence to Cheshire. Alongside Dino is Executive Chef Ero Verisha, a steakhouse expert whose passion and background in Mediterranean cuisine helps define the Butcher Bros flavor. The team at Butcher Bros has decades of experience managing world-renowned steakhouses and restaurants of all kinds. The Butcher Bros story begins with four brothers and three generations of chefs, butchers, and restaurateurs. After opening nine successful restaurants in New York City, the Redzic family brought their passion for bold flavor and hospitality to Cheshire, CT. With over 30 years in the business, they saw an opportunity to bring something special to this quiet New England town — their very first steakhouse outside NYC.
